d3 - Dubai's latest free zone

Dubai Design District (d3) is located next to Business Bay along the Dubai Creek and poised to attract leaders in the art, fashion, luxury and design industry. d3 allows companies holding either a free zone license issued by d3 or a license issued by the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) to set up business within its boundaries.
