COP28 about to start

The 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference will be held at Dubai Expo City from 30.11.2023 to 12.12.2023. Around 70,000 delegates from 197 countries are expected to attend the event. It aims at helping find solutions to limit the long-term global temperature rise to 1.5°C, which was agreed by nearly 200 countries in Paris in 2015. At the start of the summit, Germany will be represented by Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock.
