Changes to real estate ownership for expats in Sharjah

Law No. 2 of 2022, which amends Law No. 5 of 2010 on the registration of real estate in the Emirate of Sharjah, contains circumstances under which non-UAE and non-GCC nationals are allowed to own property in Sharjah.
