Cabinet reshuffle announced

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has been appointed as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE. Further appointments and changes include, amongst others, a major restructuring of the local education system.
