Abu Dhabi real estate market on record high

With total transactions reaching AED 142 billion across more than 42,800 deals in 2025, the property market recorded its strongest performance ever. Data released by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) shows that the transaction value increased by 44% compared to 2024.
