Based on a survey of global real estate provider Savills, Dubai noticed an increase of 44% in the real estate market in first half of 2023. In total, 57,700 villas and apartments were sold during this period which is the highest half-yearly number of transactions on record. Compared to a 5-year average, activity levels are up by 209%.
