JAFZA sets deadline for UBO filing

Following regulations on anti-money laundering and combating financing of terrorism and illegal organisations, the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority has requested all companies registered in the free zone to update the details in the so-called UBO Form through the Dubai Trade Portal by no later than 31.03.2021. Hence, amongst others, information on the real beneficiary will have to be given.
